Immune Booster Shot

By Nelupha Koka (Instagram @the_kokas) Ingredients 1/2 tsp ginger powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp black pepper 1/8 tsp salt (any salt you prefer) 1 Tbs local honey 1 Tbs hot water 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar 1 Juice of a lemon 1 Juice of a orange 1-2 cloves garlic finely grated Directions Mix honey, turmeric, and hot water together until the honey is well mixed and smooth. Using a microplane grater finely grate the garlic and let it sit for 10 minutes giving the enzyme a chance to form for maximum benefits.  Finally, stir in rest of the ingredients and enjoy.  It’s best when consumed immediately.  However can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
