Immune Booster Shot

Immune Boosting Shot

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt (any salt you prefer)
  • 1 Tbs local honey
  • 1 Tbs hot water
  • 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Juice of a lemon
  • 1 Juice of a orange
  • 1-2 cloves garlic finely grated

Directions

Mix honey, turmeric, and hot water together until the honey is well mixed and smooth.

Using a microplane grater finely grate the garlic and let it sit for 10 minutes giving the enzyme a chance to form for maximum benefits. 

Finally, stir in rest of the ingredients and enjoy.  It’s best when consumed immediately.  However can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
